Neurodivergent-Affirming Restorative Fitness: Unlock Your Inner Calm

 

As someone who identifies as AUDHD (Autism and ADHD), I deeply understand how living with ADHD, Autism, chronic stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or trauma can lead to feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. I'm here to offer a path to greater well-being through neurodivergent-affirming care. My trauma-informed Restorative Fitness approach integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, and yoga to foster resilience, clarity, and a deeper mind-body connection.

What you can expect from our work together:

  • Relief: Learn grounding practices that ease tension and sharpen your intuition, helping you navigate the unique sensory and cognitive experiences of being neurodivergent.

  • Strength: Build emotional resilience and cultivate a more balanced stress response, empowering you to thrive in a world not always designed for neurodivergent minds.

  • Connection: Reconnect with your body through mindful movement, fostering a sense of safety and agency within yourself.

This approach is best for those who are open to holistic healing, recognizing that true well-being goes beyond quick fixes or talk-only therapy. Our first session is a safe, judgment-free space where we'll explore your goals and tailor practices specifically for you. I may suggest simple, manageable exercises to practice between sessions, with brief check-ins to ensure clarity and support. My personal experience, combined with my background in yoga, meditation, and trauma-informed care, informs a compassionate and affirming approach. I believe that self-exploration, within a framework that respects neurodiversity, is key to profound healing. Let's cultivate lasting calm and strength together—reach out to begin.
