Rick is a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher.  He is a Level 1 trained Yoga Nidra Integrative Restoration (IREST) teacher.  This is a modern approach to an effective ancient practice that brings peace and well-being to our lives.

Rick uses the power of Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to  heal trauma and enhance well being.  We have an unbroken part of us that remains calm, warm, and compassionate. Rick helps to connect with that part to heal the rest of the body.  When we are angry, sad, or anxious, we become those parts of our body.  We learn to witness, and just be.  Those parts of us that are hurting want to be heard.  We listen, and we help relieve them of their burden.  We use meditation techniques to calm our fight or flight.  We help become the calm, compassionate, warm, and loving person that we all need in this world.

  1. Stress Reduction: Individuals will manage stress effectively by guiding them through a structured process of relaxation and mindfulness. This can lead to improved mental clarity and reduced anxiety, enhancing overall job performance and satisfaction.

  2. Improved Sleep: Regular practice can improve sleep quality by helping individuals relax and quiet their minds before bed. Better sleep leads to increased energy levels and better cognitive function during the day.

  3. Enhanced Focus and Concentration: We can help the mind to focus on the present moment, which can improve concentration and productivity. This can be particularly beneficial in high-stress or demanding work environments.

  4. Emotional Resilience: By encouraging self-inquiry and emotional awareness,: we can help individuals develop emotional resilience. This can lead to better management of work-related stress and improved interpersonal relationships.

  5. Physical Health Benefits:  There are various physical health benefits, including reduced blood pressure and improved immune function. These health improvements can lead to fewer sick days and higher overall work performance.

  6. Increased Creativity:  We can stimulate creative thinking by allowing the mind to relax and explore new ideas without judgment. This can lead to innovative solutions and improved problem-solving skills in the workplace.

Incorporating  Meditation and Mindfulness into a workplace wellness program can help employees manage stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance their overall well-being. This can lead to increased productivity, lower turnover rates, and a more positive work environment.  Call or email to bring meditation to your employees.
