About Me
WHAT DO I DO?

Therapy, Yoga & Meditation for Real, Lasting Change
Trauma, Anxiety & Neurodivergence | IN, IL, NH, TX, AZ

Get unstuck. Build clarity. Move forward with tools that actually work.

I work with adults and teens navigating relationship trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. My approach focuses on you as a person—not a diagnosis—while recognizing how life and relationship experiences shape patterns.

In therapy, I use structured, practical methods integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic work to help you understand your patterns and change how you function in daily life.

I also offer yoga and meditation focused on regulation, awareness, and deep rest. These can complement therapy or serve as a standalone, practice-based approach.

Office in Terre Haute, IN coming soon.

Testimonials
WHAT'S THE WORD OUT THERE?

"After counseling with Rick for 1 week on issues concerning depression, and self-esteem.  Rick Rodgers has been very helpful and insightful throughout our many sessions together. Rick took the time to listen to my problems and helped me come up with many ways to tackle them. He helped me a lot when I was going through a big change in my life. Rick has been very insightful, non-judgmental, and patient with me. He allowed me to go at my pace and was willing to spend extra time trying to understand my problems and figure out different solutions and suggestions for me. I am in a much better place emotionally and mentally now and this is in large part because of him. I highly recommend him."
