I help adults and teens who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly “on” learn how to regulate, function more effectively, and truly rest.
My work focuses on reducing stress, improving emotional regulation, and building practical tools that carry into daily life. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and patterns shaped by difficult life or relationship experiences. I also work with athletes and high performers who struggle to slow down, recover, or maintain balance.
My approach integrates structured, evidence-based therapy with the Warriors Respite Model™, allowing us to work with both the mind and nervous system. This helps create change that is not just something you understand, but something you can actually experience.
This isn’t about pushing harder or only talking things through. It’s about learning how to regulate, recover, and function in a way that is sustainable for your life.
The Warriors Respite Model™ can also be taught outside of therapy in one-on-one or group settings, focusing specifically on nervous system regulation, rest, and recovery.
