I offer comprehensive Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations for individuals seeking clinical documentation to support their need for an ESA.

This is a structured assessment process, not a guaranteed letter service. The evaluation includes a full clinical review of your mental health history, current symptoms, level of functioning, and whether an ESA is appropriate as part of your care.

• Fee: $250 (one-time assessment)

• Format: Telehealth

• Includes: Clinical interview and documentation review

If clinically appropriate, you will receive an ESA letter that meets current standards for housing-related accommodations. If criteria are not met, a letter will not be issued.

A history of prior treatment is required, and all assessments are conducted with clinical integrity and in accordance with ethical guidelines.
