I’m a licensed psychotherapist and somatic practitioner specializing in helping adults overwhelmed by chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and poor sleep—especially neurodivergent individuals, veterans, and first responders.

Tired of talk therapy? My approach is body-first, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. We use somatic practices, conscious breathwork, and iRest-inspired meditation to gently release stored tension and reset your nervous system.

The Goal: Move from survival mode to embodied calm by regulating your nervous system and accessing unshakable inner resilience. Most clients see relief (better sleep, less reactivity) within 3–6 sessions.

Important Note: ESA Letter Assessments

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter assessments are available for $250. This fee includes all assessment tools and labor for writing the letter.

Prerequisites: You must have a history of trying other treatments for your condition, such as medication and therapy.
