I’m Rick Rodgers, LCSW, E-RYT 500, and a Certified iRest Teacher. As a veteran and someone who is AuDHD, I offer a neuro-affirming space for adults looking to reduce stress, improve awareness, and develop practical mindfulness skills.
These sessions are separate from therapy and focus on meditation, nervous system regulation, and body-based practices that support everyday well-being.
