Meditation & Awareness PracticesWelcome to a journey of calm and clarity, where you can reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner resilience. I’m Rick Rodgers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified meditation teacher (e-RYT 500), combat veteran with 14 years of Army service, including time in Afghanistan, and someone who navigates life with AUDHD (Autism and ADHD). My practice is a compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming space for adults overwhelmed by chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, poor sleep, chronic pain, or addictive patterns—especially neurodivergent individuals, veterans, first responders, or high-stress professionals seeking body-centered tools beyond talk therapy. Through two distinct meditation practices, I guide you to cultivate lasting ease and awareness, starting with your body’s wisdom.Service Rates & Discounts

Somatic Meditation
Discover the power of Somatic Meditation, a trauma-sensitive practice that invites deep relaxation, better sleep, and relief from stress or pain. This body-centered approach guides you to connect with a felt sense of calm—an inner anchor that fosters resilience and balance. Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking deeper ease, these sessions are tailored to your needs, helping you navigate emotional overwhelm, release physical tension, or support personal growth. Each practice is accessible, adaptable for every body and mind, and held in a judgment-free space where sensory needs, stimming, and nonlinear thinking are fully embraced. No experience is needed—just an openness to explore. What to Expect: In your first session, you’ll experience gentle tools like conscious breathwork or body-focused meditation, leaving with a simple micro-practice (like a 30-second calming breath) to use anytime. Within 3–6 sessions, many clients report 2–4 points less pain, deeper sleep, or reduced emotional reactivity, often saying, “I feel anchored in myself again.”

Co-Meditation & Dyadic Inquiry
For those seeking a deeper, more intimate practice, Co-Meditation and Dyadic Inquiry offer a one-on-one journey into profound stillness. In these sessions, we share a contemplative space, co-exploring mindfulness to cultivate a powerful sense of presence and connection. This isn’t traditional meditation—it’s a dynamic, dyadic experience where our shared focus acts like a mirror, reflecting your essential, unchanging self with clarity and ease. Held in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming framework, these sessions are tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re processing trauma, quieting a racing mind, or exploring deeper awareness. The dyadic format naturally amplifies insight and calm, inviting you to rest in a state that feels both personal and expansive. What to Expect: You’ll leave with a felt sense of stillness and practical tools to carry forward, often noticing greater clarity and resilience after just a few sessions.
